Fraser Forbes Promotes J. Daniel Lockard to Vice President

McLean, VA, January 7, 2009–Fraser Forbes Company, a land sales and advisory services firm in Washington, D.C., announced today that it has promoted J. Daniel Lockard from First Vice President to Vice President. Dan Lockard has been part of the Fraser Forbes team since 2001 and has more than 18 years of local real estate experience. In 2009, Fraser Forbes is expanding and launching management, advisory and lender services divisions.

Lockard has previously spearheaded Fraser Forbes efforts in the Northern Virginia markets with a strong focus on Arlington County and Alexandria City. His expertise includes large and small assemblages, multi-family development, property conversions and urban infill. Currently, Lockard is very active in the Columbia Pike Revitalization in Arlington County, Virginia. He has successfully put together several mixed use projects in this corridor. Lockard also volunteers his time as President of the Columbia Pike Revitalization Organization Board. As a native Washingtonian, Lockard spent several years as a management consultant with proven success in various industries ranging from real estate to healthcare. Dan holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland.
