Fraser Forbes Hires John Begert as Director of Management Services

McLean, VA, January 7, 2009–Fraser Forbes Company, a land sales and advisory services firm in Washington DC, announced today that it has hired a new Director of Management Services. John Begert will lead Fraser Forbes Management services division and assist in the newly launched Advisory and Lender Services divisions. Fraser Forbes Management Services division was introduced in 2008 to provide clients with comprehensive strategies for the asset disposition process.
Prior to joining Fraser Forbes, Begert was employed with JPI for over ten years as a Regional Director of Development. While at JPI, Begert was responsible for multifamily development in the DC metro area including site selection, land acquisition, project underwriting and development and construction execution. Begert has developed over 1,600 multifamily units for JPI in the Mid Atlantic region since 2001, including the projects Jefferson at Congressional Village in Rockville, Jefferson at Thomas Circle and Jenkins Row. He is familiar with every major jurisdiction in the area and has expertise on a variety of product types.
