During the past few months, Fraser Forbes has embarked on an aggressive exclusive listing campaign with its complete compliment of our clients. These exclusive listings include: Columbia Pike Townhome Community, Lake View, Grouse Point, The Galaxy II, and several new exclusive listings from our Custom Land Sales Division. These listings include: 2130 N. Thomas Street Duplex, 2134 N. Stafford Street, 1824 Deer Drive and Randolph Street Subdivision. The sales transaction volume of these listings is in excess of $50 million.
