Fraser Forbes has added a new line of business. The firm is targeting the market for income producing properties in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The size of these deals will generally be in the 10,000 - 50,000 square foot range--a sweet spot for local investors and users with price points in the $5 million to $25 million dollar range. These projects will include residential, office, retail, industrial and hospitality sites. Fraser Forbes is responding to the needs of buyers and sellers and is aggressively targeting these long term income deals and redevelopment opportunities.
