Fraser Forbes Names Caryl Ruppert Ersenkal Director of Advisory Services

McLean, VA, August 1, 2007–Fraser Forbes Company, a D.C. real estate services firm, announced today that Caryl Ruppert Ersenkal has been appointed Director of Advisory Services. A member of the Fraser Forbes team since early 2006, she will lead its new Advisory Services Division, which provides resources to the market for all areas of real estate, including land development, land entitlement, site acquisitions and dispositions, market studies and property valuations, among many other services.
Ersenkal will direct a multi-disciplinary advisory team focused on providing research-driven guidance to clients that earns maximum value for their investment. Prior to joining the firm, she enjoyed a successful career of nearly 30-years that included consulting and program management for USAID funded international urban development projects, teaching at the university level, and development management of a 16-acre corporate facility for a fast-growing company in Montgomery County, Maryland. A native of the Washington metro area, Caryl attended Clemson and New York Universities, holds a Master's in City and Regional Planning and a Ph.D. in Regional Economics.
