Caryl Ersenkal Appointed Director of Newly Formed Research Division Fraser Forbes Land Sales

In direct response to its Clients and Associates requests, Fraser Forbes Land Sales CEO, Richard Samit, announces that the company has created a research services division of Fraser Forbes Company. Along with announcing this newly created entity at Fraser Forbes, he also appointed a Land Sales Specialist, Caryl Ersenkal to the lead role of Research Director. The Research division of Fraser Forbes will supplement all brokerage operations by providing data and in-depth information to enhance and complement all property marketing efforts. Although the Fraser Forbes research will be used primarily for marketing its clients exclusive listings. The research associates also will be available to assist our clients and agents by providing them with pertinent market research data to better anticipate and articulate potential development and investment options by examining on-going plans, comparative price analysis, development cost estimation as well as zoning and master plan analysis.
Prior to joining Fraser Forbes, Ms. Ersenkal enjoyed a successful career of nearly 30 years that included consulting and program management for USAID funded international urban development projects, teaching at the university level, and managing the development of a 16-acre corporate facility for a fast-growing company in Montgomery County, Maryland. A native of the Washington metro area, Caryl attended New York University and holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning and a Ph.D. in Regional Economics.
