Commercial Division Starts First Year with Multiple Transactions

Within its first six months of conception, the commercial division of Fraser Forbes Company has been involved with a broad range of transaction types throughout a wide area encompassing the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. These transactions have included a mixed-use land sale, a ground lease and three exclusive listings.
Completed closings included: Potomac Farms, a 67-acre planned retail/office facility in Loudoun County, VA and a retail pad site for a future PNC Bank site located in Waldorf, MD. Exclusive listings include: 16915 Jefferson Davis Highway, a 24-acre retail site in Woodbridge, VA; Austin Park Centre, a 400,000 square-foot commercial mixed-use development in Stafford, VA; and the Startzman Property, a 42 acre light industrial/office use complex in Hagerstown, MD.
