Two Fraser Forbes Associates, Mychael D. Cohn and Bruce C. Winston, successfully completed and closed on an existing apartment building in Silver Spring, Maryland. The site, formerly known as the St. Charles Apartments, is located at 8710 Cameron Street and will be built as a new 325 unit apartment building with 7330 square feet of ground floor retail by Fairfield Residential. This new high rise Cameron House will figure prominently into the revitalization and rejuvenation of the Silver Spring area of Montgomery County. The transaction value was $19,500,000.
