This team at Fraser Forbes Company brokered the sale of the property to Woodfield Investment, LLC, in December 2006. This is the fourth parcel and fifth transaction the duo have brokered in the revitalization district for major mixed use developments since the adoption of the Form Based Zoning Code along Columbia Pike. In total these transactions total approximately 900,000 sq. ft. of new construction and approx. $210 million of new development on the corridor.
