Fraser Forbes Company has announced the formation and launch of its Commercial Real Estate Division. This division's inception is in response to the growing needs of existing clients for land opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. Services will include the disposition and acquisition of land for commercial uses including retail, office, industrial and combinations of these with residential components.
The Commercial Real Estate Division will be led by Robert "Bob" Long, First Vice-President. Mr. Long has been with Fraser Forbes Company for 4 years and prior to that spent more than 25 years in commercial development and general contracting. His resume includes projects all around the DC Metropolitan area with a specific concentration in the Tysons Corner, VA, and Reston, VA, areas.
