McLean, VA - January 6, 2006 - Fraser Forbes Company announces closing over $416 million for year 2005. This year-end total represents over 60 residential land projects, approximately 5000 residential lots, and over 500,000 square feet of office and retail land.
2005 was a banner year for Fraser Forbes Company’s expansion in real estate brokerage and related services. As in 2004, we continued to offer and refine our Residential Land Brokerage Services as well as our Planning and Real Estate Development Consulting Services.
