Fraser Forbes Sells Evergreen Rural Village, a $62 Million Dollar Land Deal in Loudoun County, Virginia

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA, March 29, 2005 - CEO Richard O. Samit of Fraser Forbes Company, LLC, just brokered a $62 million dollar land deal known as Evergreen Rural Village, located in Loudoun County, Virginia. The joint venture, between buyers KB Home and U.S. Home Corporation d/b/a Lennar, will encompass land for 304 residential lots.
