Fraser Forbes closes on Active Adult Community in Odenton, MD

K. Hovnanian Homes paid $3.0 million for a property approved for a 27-lot subdivision on Waugh Chapel Road in Odenton, Maryland. Known as Crawfords's Ridge, K. Hovnanian will build an Active Adult community of single-family homes. Land Sales Specialist, Bob Long, of Fraser Forbes, brokered the deal.
