Fraser Forbes Sells $20 Million Edsall Road Project

McLEAN, VA ,March 2, 2005- CEO, Richard O. Samit, and Senior Vice President, Bruce Winston, of Fraser Forbes, recently represented JPI, the seller, on a 20.1 million dollar project known as Jefferson at Sullivan Place on Edsall Road in Fairfax County, Virginia. The project encompasses land for 122 condominium units on 5.23 acres and was sold to NVR.
