Alvin R. McNeal Joins The Fraser Forbes Company as Senior Vice-President and Director of New Division

McLean, VA, March 15, 2004 - The Fraser Forbes Company announces the addition of Alvin McNeal as a senior Vice-President. McNeal will direct the new division of the Fraser Forbes Company Planning and Real Estate Development Consulting Services. This division of Fraser Forbes will provide a range of professional real estate consulting services to the firm's clients. These will include assisting in the realization of increased value from real estate assets, developing site plans for urban and suburban locations and aiding in the analysis of proposals including assessing potential risk.
McNeal is nationally recognized in transit development planning and has more than 25 years of planning and development experience in both the private and public sectors of the Washington, DC metro area . He has held senior positions with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), The District of Columbia Office of Planning and the Maryland Nation Capital Park and Planning Commission among others. Most recently, McNeal served as Manager for Land Planning and Property Development with WMATA.
McNeal is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the Executive Committee of the District Council.
