Fraser Forbes was founded in 1995, initially focusing on residential land opportunities. In 2005, the company added the Management and Advisory Services Group, followed by our Commercial Land Group in 2006. We added our Income Sales Group in 2008 and most recently added our Financing Services Group in 2009. Our founders, Richard O. Samit and John J. Protopappas, have been in the land brokerage business for over 20 and 35 years, respectively. Since our founding, they have continuously led the company and are active members of the brokerage team.
